Coalition
of Concerned Police and Fire Fighters
The Coalition of
Concerned Police and Fire Fighters was established after members
of the Concerned American Police Officers (CAPO – Camden, NJ)
and the Concerned Union Fire Fighters (CUFF – Camden, NJ)
recognized that both the Police and Fire Departments were plagued
by inappropriate and unlawful agendas.
After being plagued
by divisive litigation and shallow complaints of biased testing
procedures in both departments, CAPO and CUFF have agreed to work
in concert to eradicate discriminatory practices and the
acceptance of questionable resolutions.
We realize that this
issue extends beyond the borders of Camden, New Jersey. As a
result, we encourage our fellow public servants to contact us if
your agency also employs problematic hiring and promotional
procedures. The Coalition of Concerned Police and Fire Fighters
are dedicated to eliminating the divisive emphasis on race not
only in New Jersey but the entire United States. Regardless of
location, we will lend our assistance in helping others establish
similar organizations that are devoted to the expulsion of race
based quotas and hiring and promotional procedures that are based
on administration goals and not merit.
